I have found these patches to be amazing, far better than a wheat pack that you have to reheat every hour. These patches are beautiful and warm for longer than 10 hours, they do not look bulky and gives me a lot of relief for my sore back.

Miracle heat patch
Far out - I bought these patches as a desperate attempt in finding an alternate to a wheat bag so I could go about my daily business - walking around an office with a wheat bag shoved in your pants isn’t really an acceptable look. I didn’t really know how or if they would work but omg they absolutely do! I put it on at 7am and it slowly warmed up and it helped manage the pain all day - I think at 3pm I pulled it off as it was feeling too warm and the pain had eased but omg it worked a treat. I’ll continue to use the bag at home for sustainability reasons but these are a miracle for when you need to get on with life!
