Highly recommend this bundle, the patches are so helpful and easy to apply & remove, love the mixed eye masks, love the mist spray terrific size. Amazed how the balm works so well. I have been using the balm for approx 3 weeks rubbing the balm into my temples before going to bed & have sleep during the night without waking up to go to the toilet every few hours (I am incontinent).

Thank you! I am so glad to have found these heat patches. I have Endometriosis and Adenomyosis I suffer from all sorts of pain. Everyday I suffer Dull achy pain in the pelvis and upper legs. Today I popped on a patch, I was not expecting much (sorry) but Thankfully within half hour I had soothing warmth that made the ache very slight and this has made my day bearable.
I love that they stick to clothing so I have the warmth exactly where I need it without it falling away and it lasts all day.
